Philanthropy

As we stand to support one another, we have banded together to support a bigger cause which is our philanthropy, The Alpha Phi Foundation.

The Alpha Phi Foundation Supports:

Training and programming led by the Alpha Phi Fraternity
Awarding scholarships to undergraduate and graduate Alpha Phis
Investing in the advancement of women’s heart health
Helping members in need through the Forget Me Not Grant Fund
Celebrating our past by preserving our rich heritage and special heritage

Our chapter is proud to be the first Alpha Phi chapter to establish a relationship with the Starting Hearts Organization. Once a year the organization comes to our chapter to train each girl in the chapter so that we are all trained in CPR. This not only educates our members on women's heart health, but gives members life saving skills in emergency situations. We have also utilized this company to participate in our philanthropy in order to help other students to be educated in advancement of women's heart health and become certified in CPR. Since being the first to work with Starting Hearts, we have encouraged other Alpha Phi chapters to utilize this organizations resources. They now work with several other Alpha Phi organizations across the country.
