Panhellenic recruitment is designed to provide opportunities for individuals to get to know the chapters and all aspects of their sisterhood. Fall recruitment is the best way to visit all 5 sorority houses on the University of Northern Colorado's campus. Chapters meet every individual who enters recruitment in order to get to know them, and determine if they would thrive in their sisterhood. Throughout this process it is important to be yourself, keep an open mind, and be prepared to have the most successful recruitment possible.

Every year, Alpha Phi proudly welcomes wonderful women into our organization. Each of these woman add something unique and special to our sisterhood. Throughout Greek Life, you will not only gain lifelong friends, but you will also gain social, academic, and leadership skills among your fellow sisters.
